Pride Wizard

Enables the submission of mass spectrometry data and Mascot identifications to generate a valid PRIDE XML file.

CV expand

CV expand is a text mining tool for automatic expansion of controlled vocabularies as a practical alternative to tailor-made named entity recognition methods.


KiPar is a dedicated information retrieval system designed to facilitate access to the literature relevant for kinetic modelling of a given metabolic pathway in yeast.


PUTMEDID-LCMS is a tool operating in the Taverna environment for putative identification of metabolites from accurate mass data acquired in mass spectrometry-based metabolic profiling studies.
